2 years agoNew York Mets corner infield prospect Mark Vientos went 2-for-4 with a walk, three RBI and a two-run homer for Triple-A Syracuse on Wednesday. Vientos has been putting together a solid season for Syracuse and is hitting .264 with 18 homers and 51 RBI. With the Mets going for a championship and Vientos already on the 40-man roster, it wouldn't be a surprise to see him get a chance this season. There is also the possibility that he could be dealt with the trade deadline approaching. If Vientos were to be given a chance at everyday at-bats this season, he would be worth giving a chance to, but it's more likely than not that he holds his most value in dynasty leagues at the present moment.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
