4 years agoMarlon Moraes lost his second bout in a row and third in four bouts on Saturday night. This is back-to-back matchups now where Moraes was stopped via strikes. Though the bout was only 1:13 in length, Moraes scored two takedowns, landing only nine significant strikes (12 total strikes.) If not for a split-decision win over Jose Aldo, Moraes would now be on a four-fight losing streak. How much more does Moraes have left in the tank to make another run at the championship? If he's given an opponent in the bottom half of the top 15, Moraes should be competitive.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
