Marqise Lee A Risky Play Despite Favorable Matchup
7 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marqise Lee caught three passes for 28 yards in the Jaguars win last week against the Steelers. Lee has 702 receiving yards this season, but his arrow has been pointing down the last month while he is recovering from an ankle injury. He has struggled getting back into the rhythm of the offense but will go up against a Patriots secondary that allowed the sixth most fantasy points to receivers during the regular season. The Patriots also allowed 15 touchdown receptions to wideouts this season, so Lee could see some looks in the red zone. But receivers Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole are trusted options at this point for quarterback Blake Bortles, and Lee could find himself on the outside looking in among possible target leaders for the Jaguars. Lee will be a touchdown-dependent roll of the dice this Sunday for the AFC title game.
