The second-year receiver has shown flashes of his athletic ability this season but hasn't been a consistent performer, making it a tough choice to put him into a starting role. However, the Eagles have struggled to stop wide receivers from scoring this season, giving up an average of 32.2 points to the position. Valdes-Scantling led the team in targets last week against the Denver Broncos, but that was due to the tough coverage Davante Adams had to contend with.
