6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (quadriceps) is not practicing on Friday, which is not a good sign for his availability in Week 2 against the Lions, according to Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle. Goodwin hasn't practiced all week at this point, making it seem likely that he'll sit out. If that happens, rookie Dante Pettis will become an intriguing WR4/flex and would be expected to start alongside Pierre Garcon.
