6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Marquise Goodwin netted four of five targets for 69 yards in Week 10 against the New York Giants. Goodwin was an afterthought to start the game but made a couple critical catches to setup a field goal before halftime. Goodwin was checked for a concussion after suffering two headshots in a short sequence but returned to action. His biggest play was a 26-yard grab in the final seconds as the Niners mounted a failed comeback attempt. Goodwin capitalized on his limited chances tonight, which is required for him to return fantasy value. He’ll remain a high-variance WR3 after the Niners emerge from their bye in Week 12 against a spotty Tampa Bay Buccaneers secondary.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
