7 years agoOakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch (groin) was limited in the non-padded practice on Thursday. He has been practicing lately while wearing a resistance band around his quadriceps. Deandre Washington (knee), who recently had a knee procedure, did not practice and isn't expected to play in Week 1 on Monday against the Rams. There isn't anything that would make us believe that Lynch won't play in Week 1 for now. He'll be a low-end RB2 in a tough matchup that could require the Raiders to air it out.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
