7 years agoSan Jose Sharks goalie Martin Jones will make his 50th start of the season on Wednesday with the team facing the Edmonton Oilers on away ice. Jones has been pretty much ever-present in the Sharks goal since last month, playing very well and winning seven of his last 11 starts. The run includes a 24-save effort and a 5-2 home win against the Oilers on Feb. 27. Jones has a good 23-18-6 record with a 2.47 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage, but he's won just eight of 23 road starts, with one of the losses coming in Edmonton earlier in the season, 5-3.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
