4 years agoHouston Astros catcher Martin Maldonado is not in the lineup Thursday against the White Sox. Maldonado has flashed some power over his last four starts, going 5-for-14 (.357) with one home run and two doubles. The veteran is not known for his offense but is slugging .436 with nine runs batted in over his last 39 at-bats. Maldonado should continue to see consistent playing time behind the plate but is not a viable fantasy option at this time.--Joey C - RotoBaller
