3 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Martin Perez got back on track Wednesday after a brief last outing, only allowing two runs on seven hits and no walks in 5 1/3 innings against the Kansas City Royals. He struck out two batters and improved his record on the season to 6-4. With a 4.04 ERA, 1.43 WHIP, and 62 strikeouts in 75 2/3 innings, Perez does not need to be held on fantasy rosters from week to week, but he would be a worthy consideration in strong matchups and two-start scoring periods.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
