3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marvin Jones Jr. is a solid WR4 option on the road against the Jets in Week 16. Jones has been up and down as of late and his ceiling has been disappointing, but there are reasons to believe that he can succeed this week. The veteran faces off against a Jets team that has held opposing wideouts to the seventh-fewest PPR points in 2021, but that ranking is very misleading due to a soft schedule against the position and a severe lack of passing attempts against them. Additionally, Jones' already strong target projection looks even stronger with Laviska Shenault Jr. (Covid list) likely to miss Week 16's game. Bottom line, fantasy managers looking for a solid but unspectacular wide receiver option should feel comfortable starting Jones this week.--Casey Kamholz
