Marvin Jones Jr. - Week 17 Outlook for Fantasy Football
3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marvin Jones Jr. is a dicey WR4 play against the Patriots in Week 17. On one hand, Jones has gone over 70 receiving yards with six or more catches in two of his last three games, but on the other hand, his matchup is a near worst-case scenario and he hasn't caught a touchdown pass since Week 6. Notably, New England has allowed the NFL's fourth-fewest PPR points to opposing wideouts this season, and Bill Belichick is known for taking away the opponent's No. 1 receiver. Overall, Jones is a decent Week 17 play, but his volatility and lack of ceiling keep him in the WR4 range against a tough matchup.
