4 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Masahiro Tanaka (head) was hit in the head by a line drive off the bat of Giancarlo Stanton in a simulated game on Saturday. Tanaka walked off of the field on his own power and was declared alert and oriented after being inspected at a hospital, but it's possible that he misses time if he suffered a concussion. The team should have an update regarding Tanaka's health relatively soon, and fantasy owners should monitor the situation before investing in the 31-year-old.--Sam Chinitz
