Matt Beaty Doubles His Fun In Colorado
5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers first baseman/outfielder Matt Beaty went 2-for-6 with a pair of doubles with a run scored and two RBI in Sunday's 10-5 road victory against the Colorado Rockies. It was a much-needed performance, as he entered the day on a 2-for-18 (.111) skid to drop his average from .333 to .287 just since June 23. He has four multi-hit games in four of his past six games against the Rockies. He'll look to keep it going on Tuesday night against the Arizona Diamondbacks and RHP Taylor Clarke.
