3 years agoNashville Predators defenseman Matt Benning (upper body) has been activated from Injured Reserve and should be back in the lineup on Sunday against Philadelphia. The 27-year-old has sat out six consecutive games after getting hurt in a 6-2 win over Minnesota on Mar. 13. He's been a solid bottom pairing defenseman for Nashville, doing a little bit of everything for the team. Benning's work this season across 53 games includes 10 points, 68 hits and 58 blocks.
