6 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Matt Bowman (finger) was activated from the disabled list then optioned to Triple-A Memphis. Bowman is over his finger injury, but there wasn't room for him in the Cardinals bullpen right now. He should be the next guy up whenever the Cardinals need another arm in the bullpen. Bowman hasn't been that effective this year, though, and is off the fantasy radar, even in holds leagues.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
