6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Matt Breida (ankle, shoulder) is lobbying to play Monday night against the Green Bay Packers. Breida appeared truly questionable after only practicing on a limited basis once this week but he appears eager to take the field. Breida suffered a mid-ankle sprain in Week 5 but has been known as a quick healer. Breida and Alfred Morris fantasy owners should pay close attention to lineup announcements throughout the day. The Niners should announce practice squad promotions by 4 p.m. ET and inactives around 6:45 p.m. ET. While Breida would likely be on a snap count if he plays, his presence would severely ding Morris’ volume-dependent value.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
