2 years agoCarolina Panthers rookie quarterback Matt Corral is back with the team this week for voluntary organized team activities after missing some time last week due to a tragedy in the family. The 23-year-old third-round pick will get back to learning Carolina's offense while competing to win the starting job from incumbent Sam Darnold this summer. Darnold is expected to enter Week 1 as the starter, unless the team trades for Cleveland Browns QB Baker Mayfield, but he'll have a short leash, so Corral could certainly see some starts in his rookie season.
