6 years agoOttawa Senators center Matt Duchene posted a pair of assists with a plus-three rating, two shots on net and two blocked shots over 18:21 of ice time in Monday's 4-1 victory against the Dallas Stars. He was also doing work in the faceoff circle, winning 11 of his 21 chances at the dot. The 27-year-old native snapped a two-game scoreless run, and it was his first multi-point effort in five outings. This game also marked just his second game with a plus/minus rating that was not in the negative. His plus/minus will be the biggest deterrent for fantasy owners, as the goals will start flowing soon enough.--Daniel Dobish
