4 years agoKansas City Royals right-handed pitcher Matt Harvey will get another turn through the rotation Tuesday against the Cardinals, his second start of the year. Harvey’s first outing came against the Reds, where he yielded three runs in three frames while striking out four. His fastball averaged 93.5 MPH his first time out, but he was hit hard, with batters averaging a 96.2 MPH exit velocity. While he likely hasn’t done enough to warrant season-long consideration, there’s a possibility that he starts two games next week, which may make him a weekly lock upside choice for owners.--Jesse Borek
