Matt Harvey Takes Loss Thursday
4 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Matt Harvey fell to 0-1 in Thursday's 7-3 loss to the Red Sox. Harvey pitched five innings, allowing four runs on seven hits (including a two-run home run) and a walk with five strikeouts. Harvey now has a 5.59 ERA on the season, but did have a good first start against the Red Sox. Overall, there have been some good signs from the Dark Knight across his first two starts, such as his nine strikeouts, but there has not been enough consistency to gain the trust of fantasy managers. Harvey's next start will be a chance to rebound in a decent matchup against the Mariners at home.
