6 years agoPittsburgh Penguins goaltender Matt Murray allowed two goals on 35 shots in Monday's 5-2 victory against the New York Rangers. He improved to 6-0-0 all-time against the Rangers, and 5-0-0 in his career at Madison Square Garden. Overall he improved to 27-12-5 with a 2.72 goals-against average and .919 save percentage. He appears to be ramping up and getting ready for another long playoff run. The 24-year-old from Thunder Bay, Ont. has won each of his past three outings on the road, and he is 3-0-1 on the current road trip.--Daniel Dobish
