4 years agoOakland Athletics first baseman Matt Olson went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in a win over the Twins in the first game of a doubleheader on Tuesday. Olson is off to a hot start this season with four homers and a .571 slugging percentage through 14 games. The 27-year-old is crushing the ball thus far with a 93.5 MPH average exit velocity and a strong 14.3 percent barrel rate. Olson bats cleanup for an A's lineup that walks a ton so expect more multi-run homers from Olson as the season wears on.
