3 years agoOakland Athletics first baseman Matt Olson went 1-for-4 with his 33rd homer of the season on Saturday versus the Rangers. The A's continue to spiral downward in the standings, but Olson is doing his part as he remains near the league-lead in most power metrics. Olson's .913 OPS ranks 11th in baseball while his .381 wOBA and .380 xwOBA are both in the top-eighth percentile among qualified hitters.
