3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks pitcher Matt Peacock (finger) left Wednesday's matchup against the Athletics. Peacock injured his right ring finger while attempting to barehand a Jed Lowrie comebacker, and while X-rays were negative, he was diagnosed with numbness. The righty is 2-3 throughout five starts this season while also racking up a 5.24 ERA to go along with 24 strikeouts. With multiple injuries throughout the Diamondbacks' rotation, Peacock has been getting some extra run as of late. Although it is unknown if he will take a trip to the 10-day, it still isn't good news for fantasy managers utilizing him to fill a void--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
