The 29-year-old southpaw has been a steady presence in the Friars bullpen the past three seasons, posting a 2.61 ERA in 19 appearances last year. Strahm possesses a four pitch arsenal but isn't overpowering, owning a modest 25 percent strikeout rate in 253 ⅓ career frames.
