5 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Max Fried allowed three hits across five shutout innings during a 4-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday. The 25-year-old struck out five batters while walking two. Fried improved his record to 10-4 on the season to go along with a 4.08 ERA, 1.39 WHIP, and a 102/31 K/BB rate. Out of his 19 starts this season, 10 of them have been quality starts. Fried has been one of many bright spots on the Braves this season, and he will look to continue his success in his next projected start against the Washington Nationals.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
