3 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler went 3-for-6 with a run scored in Sunday's 7-5 win over Houston. Kepler posted just his second three-hit game of the season, connecting on a trio of singles, the last of which registered an exit velocity of 102.6 MPH. The 28-year-old hasn't carried over his strong performance from July into August, though fantasy managers shouldn't be too worried, as Kepler continues to hit the ball harder than he ever has in his career. That should translate to better numbers sooner rather than later, perhaps as soon as Monday's game against the White Sox. Kepler owns three career home runs against White Sox righty Lucas Giolito.--Tim Capurso
