Max Kepler Collects Three Hits Against Pirates
4 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler stayed hot in Monday's 5-4 win over the Pirates. Kepler went 3-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored. He's heating up, with back-to-back multi-hit games and three extra-base hits in his last two games. The 27-year-old owns a strong .884 OPS this season, though much of it comes from his slugging percentage, with only one walk drawn so far. Kepler will be in the lineup on Tuesday against right-hander Joe Musgrove, who has surrendered four home runs in two starts this year. Kepler has a good chance of leaving the yard in this one.
