4 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler homered for the second consecutive game in Friday's victory over the Tigers. Kepler also added an RBI single and a walk. The German outfielder got every bit of a Daniel Norris fastball in the eighth inning, sending it 422 feet into the right-field seats at an exit velocity of 105.7 MPH for his second long ball in as many days. Over his last two games, Kepler has recorded a trio of runs, hits, and RBI, along with two walks. The power is starting to come back, as he has registered launch angles of 28 degrees on each of his home runs, which is an excellent sign for his fantasy managers moving forward. Kepler has been hitting the ball hard lately and matches up well with Saturday's scheduled starter, Jose Urena, who has allowed a career-worst 45.2 percent hard-hit rate.--Tim Capurso
