4 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler (COVID-19), outfielder Kyle Garlick (COVID-19), and relief pitcher Caleb Thielbar (COVID-19) have been placed on the COVID-19 injured list Tuesday. Garlick had tested positive for the virus, and it seems likely that Kepler and Thielbar also did- given the team's recent outbreak- so fantasy managers may be without them for the remainder of the week. The club reinstated Brent Rooker from the injured list and recalled infielder Travis Blankenhorn. Lewis Thorpe will be the 27th man on the roster for the doubleheader. With no minimum amount of time required on the COVID injured list, the hope is that all three players will return to action sooner rather than later.--Tim Capurso
