Max Kepler Stays Hot At The Plate
6 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler continued his hot hitting in a 2-1 loss to the Philadelphia Phillies on Sunday. Kepler went 2-for-4 with a solo homer, his third home run in as many games. While it wasn't enough to power his team to the win, Kepler's early-season hitting has been an encouraging sign. Kepler is now hitting .265 with three homers, four runs, and six RBI. He is becoming an interesting waiver add in mixed leagues based on his excellent performance at the plate of late. He will look to stay hot when the Twins open an interleague series with the New York Mets starting on Tuesday.
