Max Muncy Avoids Shutout Tuesday With Solo Home Run
6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers first/third baseman Max Muncy helped the Dodgers avoid being shut out in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to the Padres. Muncy went 2-for-3 with a single, a walk, and a ninth-inning solo home run to put the Dodgers on the board. While he may not end up being an actual All-Star, the 27-year-old has definitely been a fantasy All-Star this season, posting a .272/.412/.617 slash line with 21 HR and 39 RBI in 69 games. He should be in owners' lineups at all times given his performance in the first half of the season.
