Max Muncy Breaks Out Of Slump, Hits 30th Home Run
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers infielder Max Muncy continued his impressive season in Wednesday's victory versus the Atlanta Braves. Muncy went 2-for-4 with a triple and solo home run. His home run in the bottom of the first inning gave the Dodgers an early 1-0 lead. The versatile infielder has been having an excellent season for the Dodgers and he is now hitting .261 with 30 home runs and 78 RBI. Muncy generally hits near the top of the Dodgers batting order and he should continue to score plenty of runs and also drive in his fair share. Muncy was struggling entering the game, but he is just too talented to avoid starting and hopefully Wednesday's performance is what gets him back on track.
