3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers infielder Max Muncy put together a big performance on Sunday night versus the New York Mets. Muncy went 2-for-4 with a walk, three runs and two home runs. Muncy's first home run came in the top of the second inning and drove in teammate Trea Turner. Muncy didn't stop there and hit a rocket to drive in Turner off of Yennsy Diaz in the top of the sixth inning. Muncy had been in a slump entering Sunday's contest, but hopefully his power display will get him back on the right track. Muncy is now hitting .272 with 25 home runs and 69 RBI. The veteran offers plenty of versatility in the infield and should continue to have plenty of RBI opportunities as a part of a scary Dodgers lineup.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
