6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers infielder Max Muncy went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Diamondbacks. The 28-year-old, who was a fantasy All-Star for the first half of the season, has cooled off significantly and has hit just .226 with nine HR in the second half. It would not be surprising to see more negative regression for Muncy in September, as his 30.3% HR/fly ball rate is not sustainable and his 46.6% hard contact rate is by far the highest in his career. Still, it would be tough for fantasy owners to give up on Muncy now after all he has done for them this season.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
