Max Scherzer Goes 7 Innings, Allows One Run in Game 4 Win
5 years agoAfter a first-inning home run allowed to Justin Turner, Max Scherzer settled down and pitched a near-perfect six innings. He struck out seven, and left the game with a 6-1 lead. The Nationals stepped up to the plate and have Scherzer some substantial run support. The Nationals and Dodgers will face off in a series-deciding game 5 in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.
