6 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Max Scherzer spun another gem on Wednesday en route to picking up his 150th career win. Mad Max dominated through eight innings against Baltimore, allowing no earned runs on two hits and one walk. He punched out 12 batters and currently leads all baseball with 120 strikeouts in 79 2/3 innings of work. Opposing hitters are batting .171 against Scherzer in 2018. His K/BB ratio is 6.32 to go along with his 1.95 FIP. He is the top starting pitcher in all fantasy formats in 2018.--Phil Goyette
