Mecole Hardman Will Look To Improve In Week 2
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman was quiet in Week 1, but he will look for more action in Week 2 versus the Baltimore Ravens. The speedy wide receiver managed to catch all three of his targets in Week 1, but only managed 19 yards. Hardman is behind wide receiver Tyreek Hill and tight end Travis Kelce for targets in the one of the leagues best offenses, but he will face a Ravens secondary that is banged up this weekend. The Ravens are without cornerback Marcus Peters (knee) and fellow cornerback Jimmy Smith (ankle) is dealing with an ankle injury and missed Week 1. Despite that, Hardman remains hard to trust with his inconsistency and is a shaky option most weeks. The former Georgia Bulldog should be considered a WR3/flex in deeper leagues with a favorable matchup and the hope is that he can come through with a big play or two on Sunday.
