4 years agoUnable to capitalize on the title shot opportunity, Megan Anderson (11-5) was only able to last 2:03 into the first round with arguably the greatest women's MMA fighter of all-time, Amanda Nunes, losing by submission. It was extremely rough statistically for Nunes as well, only landing two significant strikes in the two-plus minutes of action. Being a legit featherweight, Anderson will continue to compete in the division and will likely remain near the top of the pecking order for many years to come.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
