3 years agoDenver Broncos running back Melvin Gordon III (hip, thumb) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable to play on Sunday against the division-rival Los Angeles Chargers, his old team. Rookie Javonte Williams (knee) is also questionable, but both he and Gordon are fully expected to play against a Chargers rush defense that has been one of the worst in football this year. Gordon and Williams will continue to split touches almost right down the middle, but with receivers Jerry Jeudy and Tim Patrick landing on the COVID-19 list, the Broncos RBs should be leaned on heavily and could even seen an increased role in the passing game. The 28-year-old had negative rushing yardage in the Week 16 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, but he should bounce back and will be in play as a low-end RB2.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
