3 years agoDenver Broncos running back Melvin Gordon had a fantastic outing during the massive win over the Lions on Sunday, finishing with 111 yards and two touchdowns off a team-high 24 carries. The veteran rode a questionable tag heading into the contest because of hip and shoulder ailments. He also exited briefly with a hand injury, so all things considered, the showing was a lot better than most had expected, especially with the recent uptick in production from rookie Javonte Williams, who had a pair of scores of his own. Nonetheless, Gordon will likely remain on the injury report heading into the Week 15 matchup against the Bengals.
