Melvin Gordon Looks To Flip Fortunes
5 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Melvin Gordon has been borderline terrible since returning from his holdout. He's averaging 2.5 yards per carry with a 44-112-1 rushing line. He also has 11 catches for 37 yards and a score. The Green Bay Packers are a midrange defense allowing an average of 103.4 rushing yards per game to running backs the last five weeks. Gordon is slightly ahead of Austin Ekeler in the pecking order, but Ekeler has receiving touchdowns in consecutive games. View Gordon as a flex option this week.
