3 years agoThe New York Mets and Pittsburgh Pirates have recently talked about a potential trade, with the focus of the talks being on Pirates' second baseman Adam Frazier, relief pitcher Richard Rodriguez and starting pitcher Tyler Anderson, according to Greg Amsinger of MLB Network. Amsinger adds that in these talks, Pirates outfielder Bryan Reynolds appears to be off the table for any discussion. It's not surprising that Frazier, Rodriguez and Anderson are at the center of these trade rumors, and the Mets have had enough injuries this year that any of those three players would provide a solid boost to New York. Nothing is imminent, but managers will want to continue to monitor these players ahead of Friday's trade deadline.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
