7 years agoBrand new Philadelphia Eagles defensive lineman Michael Bennett has agreed to restructure his contract. Despite being up against the salary cap and having to make other moves to lower their cap hits, Bennett's restructure actually raises his cap number from $5.65 million to $7.375 million. $1.725 million of that will be given to him as a signing bonus and $4 million more can be earned through incentives. With more money this year, the Eagles will be better prepared to move on from Bennett next year with fewer cap issues.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
