4 years agoHouston Astros designated hitter Michael Brantley will start and hit third Thursday against the Rangers. Brantley has only five hits over his last 26 at-bats (.192) but is slashing .305/.359/.559 in the month of September with three home runs, six doubles, seven runs scored and 12 runs batted in spanning 16 games. Brantley will have an excellent DFS matchup on Thursday against Rangers right-handed starter Jordan Lyles. The veteran slugger is posting a .952 OPS against right-handed pitching this season and could be in line for success on Thursday.--Joey C - RotoBaller
