3 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Michael Brantley (side) remains out of the lineup on Sunday after he was scratched from Saturday's contest due to right side discomfort. It appears that the side must still be bothering Brantley, as Taylor Jones is getting the start in left field on Sunday and is batting eighth against Cleveland. Brantley has been having a nice year at the plate when he's healthy, slashing .340/.384/.502 with five homers, 31 RBI and 41 runs scored over 63 games this season. Consider Brantley as day-to-day for now, with the hope that he can return for Tuesday's series opener with the Athletics.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
