3 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Michael Brantley will enjoy his day off Monday as the sitting batting average leader in the American League. Brantley is 7-for-23 (.304) over his last seven games and is hitting a sparkling .338 in 20 games since the All-Star break. The Astros will host the Rockies beginning Tuesday and the veteran slugger will enter action slashing .329/.381/.477 with seven home runs, 27 doubles, 37 runs batted in and 56 runs scored through 350 at-bats this season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
