3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers second base prospect Michael Busch extended his hitting streak to 18 games for Triple-A Oklahoma City on Tuesday. The 24-year-old went 2-for-5 with a two-run homer on the evening. Busch is one of the Dodgers top prospects and continues to put up strong numbers on the season. Opening the season in Double-A, Busch hit .306 with 11 homers and 29 RBI in 31 games. Since his promotion to Triple-A, he has hit .259 with five home runs and 21 RBI in 29 games. Busch is naturally a second baseman, but it should be noted that he played left field on Tuesday and could be adding to his versatility. On another team, Busch would have a better chance of being in the big leagues, but unfortunately for him, the Dodgers have one of the strongest rosters in the league. Unless a big injury happens, Busch is likely to remain on the farm. For now, his value remains strongest in dynasty leagues, but he would be an intriguing option in redraft leagues if he got an opportunity.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
