Michael Busch Promoted To Triple-A
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers second baseman Michael Busch, the team's No. 3 prospect per MLB Pipeline, has officially been promoted to Triple-A Oklahoma City. The No. 65 overall prospect in baseball hit .306/.445/.667 with 11 home runs in 31 games for Double-A Tulsa before the promotion. The 24-year-old has a similar all-around profile to that of Max Muncy, although many believe Busch is a better pure hitter, which is saying a lot. The left-handed hitter should absolutely be rostered in dynasty leagues and could make his major league debut later this year, but he probably won't see much in the way of playing time on the Dodgers stacked roster. Busch's advanced approach at the plate should make him a great asset in on-base percentage leagues down the road.
